Reports!!!!!!!!

Two days to go for month end ..Quarter end...Financial Year End.....its Report time for everybody.
I think only Military is the place where Reporting structure is taken care with high spirits (an Outsider's View :-P) but in Corporate Report & Reporting structure SUCKS!! and we end up SULKING

There is no harm in reporting above all we get paid for work we do.so we basically don't shy away form reporting in general as long as it is kept simple and practical BUT top management people always ride in high cloud & they love things as complex as possible :-)

Loosing all with anger!!!!

my policy has always been peacefully "IGNORE" as far as possible.
this has helped me survive in many difficult situations but hammered me back also.
I have been wondering why despite of my let go attitude people turn offensive and then i get loose &&&#@$&*@#$@#$ people actually get to know other side of me which is not that ignorant.

Very recently i had encountered very similar situation (NOT)Again..though other party did immediately realize what i am but that stirred me "why Again & Again"

In general people accept two conditions "either dominate " or "get ready to be dominated"
if you try to act unbiased and equal , you should be ready for surprise .
you will be taken for ride (very bouncy unpleasant ride).

i asked myself "so my IGNORE attitude was wrong & i was at fault for every thing happened"

Well i believe i have learned the lesson need to follow "ChanakyaNiti"--->>>>"tit for tat"---->> :-) .I believe will definitely preserve my " No Harm-IGNORE" nature BUT Now i am Game.......
