OM.................

Yesterday i sat to practice Reiki & was quite determined to perform all the steps.But as i closed my eyes i was excited to know where it is going to drive me today.
Yes it took me usual left/right/downwards movements. It took me to Dhayan position then i started moving down towards right hand , i touched my right hand palm then started moving towards left again touched the left hand palm then returned to normal Dhayan position.I repeated this step 2-3 times.

I felt as if i want to enchant Gayatri mantra & then i found myself enchanting Om...as i was enchanting Om I felt it is moving inside my body from stomach to head .I enchanted 3-4 times.

Every time i sit and close my eyes i always had incredible experience.....

Heels Over Head

I completely surrender as i close my eyes. I like to be driven by energy....
the other Day it made me do various steps of Yoga & i asked i will truly believe if i will be on my head, it was kinda challenge coz i know i cant even lift my both legs togather more than 30Degree angle ..Good Lord!! I found my body moving up... I knew i wont be able to do it ..but much to my surprise with same easy it started going,,, ,,,yes it did stop a bit but soon i realized both my legs are up and they are quite relaxed contrary to the initial stiffness..and yes it was moving to prove me wrong and ..i started to move to stand on my head then i got frighten if it would break my neck coz of wait and stopped it..... yes i give it up to you..The Universal Life Force Energy :-)
