We are not used to working on Saturday but thanks to recession & bad business conditions we are here in office on Saturday . Management thinks that if people come and work on weekend it will add good to business but where are people to do business on weekend??? then management Encourages (Forces) do productive work like training , market research learn and share.
well nobody feels motivated to do all these things when weekdays are so discouraging.
we all try to do some work but nothing happened. and we sat in front of computer screen counting clock to hit 6 pm. its not that we are running away of work but there is no work . if there would have been work wouldn't have complained but making people sit and ask them to dig well in desert is not good policy.
Such hard times management should also have faith and trust its employees. harassing them like these wont do any good but to increase frustration and mistrust.
well finally we managed to pass unproductive day prayed god to give us some work on working Saturday.....
